Q&A Housebook Camp Dubai
The Housebook Camp Dubai 2026 webinar focused not only on the organizational details of the March trip but also on the practical preparation of brokers for working in the Dubai real estate market. Organizer Violetta Grishina reported that the project chat already includes over 300 participants, around 80 applications have been confirmed, and the total capacity has been increased to 100 people, after which sales will be closed.
Trip program
Housebook Camp will take place from March 2 to 7, 2026. For participants arriving earlier, an informal meeting is scheduled on March 1 at a beach club, featuring sun loungers, networking, and an evening gathering by the sea. The core program includes daily visits to key Dubai districts, developer offices, under-construction and completed properties, as well as business breakfasts, city tours, and meetings with developers.
A special emphasis is placed on immersion across different market segments. Participants will explore projects in JVC and Motor City as examples of more affordable housing, followed by mid-to-upper segment locations such as Dubai Islands, Dubai Creek Harbour, and Hartland, where the most investment-attractive developments are concentrated. The program also includes visits to Miracle Garden, a yacht party on March 5, and participation in the MegaCampus Summit on March 6–7, positioned as part of the educational program.
Practical training for brokers
The second part of the webinar was dedicated to training. The speaker presented ready-to-use materials for client work: a Dubai guide, quick-reference sheets on districts, taxes, residency, mortgages, and investment formats, as well as content templates for publications and email campaigns. Special attention was given to the Housebook AI assistant встроенному в платформу, which answers questions based on an internal knowledge base—from starting property prices to calculations of taxes and associated costs.
A practical tool introduced was a rental yield calculation table. It accounts not only for the property price but also for broker commissions, the 4% DLD fee, banking costs, service charges, and furnishing expenses. This approach allows brokers to present clients with realistic, rather than nominal, returns and to justify investment decisions more effectively.
Market context
Housebook Camp is an intensive working program for agents and investors, combining routes through key districts, direct interaction with developers, an educational agenda, and ready-to-use sales tools. The core idea of the event is to provide participants not with an abstract understanding of the market, but with a practical system that enables them to close deals with clients immediately after the trip.
