Mission and current coverage
Housebook positions itself not merely as a property listing platform, but as a full-fledged ecosystem for brokers. The platform currently features 10 countries: the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Turkey, Cyprus, TRNC, Georgia, Azerbaijan, Chile, Indonesia, and Thailand. Expansion plans include reaching 30 markets, including Brazil, Tanzania, and European countries. All developers on the platform undergo prior verification.
Key platform tools
The core functionality is the creation of personalized property selections for clients. Brokers can choose listings, customize the structure and display of content blocks, add comments, and generate a link that updates automatically as data on the platform changes. A dedicated section includes smart filters, allowing users to search for properties based on amenities such as playgrounds, parks, swimming pools, and other infrastructure. Additional features include an interactive map with traffic and area infrastructure analysis, application tracking, developer fee structures, and team collaboration tools.
AI-assistant
Earlier this month, an AI-agent was launched on the platform. It answers questions about countries, taxes, and properties, generates selections based on specified criteria, and is available both as a compact widget and in full-screen mode. According to the speaker, the tool will continue to evolve, with plans to introduce automated generation of unique social media content for brokers by country.
Development plans
In addition to AI features, the team is working on an analytics module with price dynamics by area and developer, integrated video calls, and a redesigned referral program. Registration on the platform is free, with access available via browser as well as mobile applications on iOS and Android.
